Received the recognition at The World Luxury Hotel Awards Gala Ceremony
The five-star hotel Royal Tulip Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa built on the world’s longest beach at Cox’s Bazar, has been recognized by the global organization `The World Luxury Hotel Awards` as the world’s best beach side luxury resort in three categories.
Royal Tulip Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa Chairman Mrs. Lucy Akhtari Mahal, Managing Director and FBCCI Vice-President Md. Aminul Haque Shamim CIP and Director Mymensingh City Corporation Mayor Md. Ikramul Haque Titu said in response to this news that they have achieved this for their world-class services. This achievement is the pride of entire Bangladesh, leaving behind the famous and expensive resorts in other parts of the world.
Formerly known as the Royal Tulip, the country’s largest luxury resort won the Best Beach Side Luxury Hotel Award as well as the Best Luxury Spa Award. Besides, Sea Pearl Beach Resort and Spa, Group GM Azim Shah won the Best General Manager Award. Sea Pearl Beach Resort and Spa Brand and Marketing Head Asadur Rahman informed the same.
The announcement was made at the gala ceremony of the 2022 The World Luxury Hotel Awards held recently at Swandor Hotels and Resorts in Antalya, Turkey. The World Luxury Hotel Awards, recognises the best among the world’s elite hotels to set the standards of service in the global service industry. This is a big achievement for the country’s travel sector too. Tourism experts believe that the event of winning the best award in three categories will take the tourism sector of this country a long way.
Azim Shah said, the whole team is working to make Sea Pearl the best resort not only in the country but also in the world and this recognition will motivate the whole team even more. Apart from providing the best service to the visitors of the country by constantly improving the service quality, there is an international quality service system for the tourists from different countries.

The five star hotel Royal Tulip Sea Pearl Beach Resort and Spa (Royal Tulip Sea Pearl Beach Resort and Spa) has been built on Inani Beach in Cox’s Bazar, the longest beach in the world. With the sea on one side and the towering mountains on the other, this luxurious resort built in Spanish architecture is always ready to welcome tourists.
Opened for public on 17th September 2015, this five-star hotel was built on 15 acres of land at Inani Beach in Cox`s Bazar. Spread over an area of nearly 50 bighas, the resort exudes luxury and individuality in every interior and exterior design, giving guests a regal feel to the hotel.
The special feature of Royal Tulip Sea Pearl Beach Resort is that the resort has its own private beach. Himchari Jharna, Dariya Nagar and Burmese Market are among the tourist attractions at a short distance from the resort. Royal Tulip Sea Pearl Beach Resort has 493 rooms. Where the superior rooms have a mix of hill view and sea view. Premium sea view suite will have kitchen, dining and living area. Panoramic sea view Studio suite will have kitchen, dining, living area and balcony. Executive suites of two different sizes also have similar facilities. The family suite has a beach-facing balcony, separate living space, three washrooms, a master bedroom and a children’s room.
There are also presidential suites for special persons. There is a large balcony along with the grand interior and furniture. And for the newlyweds, there is the Luxury Honeymoon Suite, which has everything a family needs, including a Jacuzzi and swimming pool. In addition to these, each room at Royal Tulip Sea Pearl Beach Resort has mini fridge, tea/coffee maker, TV, bottled water, shower cubicle, 24-hour room service and free WiFi.
Other facilities at Royal Tulip Sea Pearl Beach Resort include international standard bar, coffee shop, swimming pool, children’s ground, water park, tennis, badminton court, 3D movie hall, billiards, gymnasium and spa. And outdoor activities include parasailing, snorkelling, deep sea fishing and speedboat rides. There are also 10,000 square feet of space for conferences and events, two seminar rooms and a grand ballroom.
